Rent Collection Service: From 5% of monthly rent
Includes:
- All services from the "Let Only" package
- Monthly rent collection and transfer to the landlord
- Monthly statements providing a clear record of all transactions
- Chasing any late payments, ensuring you have a consistent cash flow
Fully Managed Services: From 8% of monthly rent
Includes:
- All services from the "Rent Collection" package
- Regular property inspections to ensure its well-maintained
- Organising necessary repairs or maintenance with trusted contractors
- Addressing tenant queries and issues promptly
- Annual rent reviews
- Renewals
- Handling legal notices and ensuring compliance with the latest letting regulations
Tenant Find Service: £200
